This gorgeous and spacious 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, recent renovations, and one of the resort’s most desirable lower-level locations. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, B6 sleeps up to 4 guests and is just steps from Sugar Beach and the Waterfront Pool, creating an easy and relaxing St. Thomas getaway.

The villa features a king bedroom with beautiful island and ocean views, a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed during your stay. Guests can also enjoy the views from the balcony, which includes a dining table for four. The comfortable layout, recently renovated interior, and close proximity to the water make B6 a great choice for guests seeking both relaxation and easy access to resort amenities. Parking is only steps away from the villa.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle service operates daily throughout the 15-acre property, and the resort is close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

The view was spectacular and the bed was comfy! We stayed at Point Pleasant 30 years Ago, so a lot has changed. We were a little disappointed with the unit. It needs a some love. The blinds by the dining area were busted and lacked privacy. The exterior hurricane shutters banged at night with the wind, the tv service didn’t work at times and Netflix, of all things was not available. Lastly the kitchen was minimally equipped. 2 mismatched coffee mugs, wine glasses, etc.

We had a great time on St John thanks to Jack and Julie. Their place has an amazing view and has easy access to so many great spots to explore on St John. If you decide to stay at their place you have to enjoy at least on meal prepared by Julie. You won’t regret it!! Awesome place that allowed us to have a great visit!

Nice mid-price resort

Stayed here for 5 days with my son to snorkel. The apartment was clean, quiet and had a great view. The kitchenette was perfect and had all the appliances we needed to make some basic meals. I highly recommend renting a car to be able to explore the island. Although snorkeling at nearby Coki beach is great there isn’t much else to do nearby. I wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much if we had been limited to the property for the whole time.

Engagement Trip

Wanted to introduce my girlfriend to the Virgin Islands and ask her to marry me. The B6 unit on St. Thomas we stayed at was perfect for both. She said, yes! We got engaged at Point Pleasant Resort! The negative issues we experienced were with the property and not the condo: the gym was closed; the roosters were loud; the noise of the golf carts was incessant, the parking and driving up and down and around the resort was crazy (but that's everywhere on the island). On the positive side, the Mirador restaurant was fantastic. Again, loved the B6 unit with all its updates, renovations, decorations, and furniture. Really enjoyed the tiled patio / deck outside overlooking the water. We had coffee outside almost every morning on the deck. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and more. We had fun making specialty drinks with the blender too. The one thing I would change would be the bed. The bed was too low and had only a mattress, as the bed was hard falling in to and hard getting out of. I am more of a box spring and mattress guy.

Great St. Thomas stay. The condo was centrally located to Red Hook where we were diving. Beautiful views from B6. Enjoyed being closer to the water in this condo. It was close to beach, pool and restaurant. It is a very hilly resort which we liked but if anyone has mobility issues, it may be problematic. Lots of stairs to get to restaurant, beach and pool. B6 is definitely in need of some updating. The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. The deck is fabulous but some outdoor seating would be great to have. There was only one high top table and chairs. No comfy seating to enjoy the marvelous views. Overall a very nice resort and one I would definitely recommend.

The resort workers were very friendly. The bar and grill great and right on the water! Limited utensils and drinking glasses. Blender didn’t work but there was a back up that we had to wash the sticky off of to use. Excellent views and close to Colin, Lindquist and Sapphire beaches.

Love this Property! Will stay again

Great access to several restaurants and beaches! Found Lindquist to be our favorite beach only a mile away. Staff was amazing. Any issues were immediately resolved. I am hard to please and I have no issues to report.

Our experience

The first condo we stayed in was old and not updated plus not clean. We were moved to another condo that was so much better. The staff were super friendly especially the staff at the gate entrance.

Point Pleasant Resort is definitely a tropical oasis. Grounds are beautiful and views are breathtaking. Great room and balcony. Definitely eat at the shoreline and enjoy some rum punch in the lobby.

The front of the villa is all windows so during the day we would pull back the curtains and let the light shine it. It really made our vacation great to see the blue ocean from our room! It was a perfect tropical vacation full of sunshine and frozen drinks from the Shoreline Bar and Grille! We will be back very soon!
