This place is everything we needed it to be! So much room to be together, so much space to be apart. The bedrooms, beds, linens, towels, all lovely. The pool was the center of our vacation. We enjoyed it thoroughly!!!! The views were amazing! Keep your eyes peeled for the bald eagles. We didn’t have a lot of luck with fishing or crabbing, but the sunsets were beautiful!!! The geography of the home made it a weather wonderland. We saw mostly sunny days, what may or may not have been a tornado, and multiple rain showers.Highly recommend this property.

Clean, well-appointed kitchen. Loved the crab shack!! Would highly recommend. Used the kayaks and canoe. The pool was perfect! The property is beautiful. Highly reccomend

Great property. Great host. Already booked it for next year. We have17 people in our family and this property was perfect for our large group. Great location on the River, property was huge. Plenty of room for my grandchildren to play wiffle ball and catch. Great fishing, my sons and grandchildren caught a bunch of stripers. Kitchen was well stocked, filtered tap water and a large ice maker. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We had 4 generations and there was something for everyone. We brought pop up tents for extra shade since we had 4 little ones. The shallow end of the pool is extended which is wonderful for tanning but even better for infants and toddlers to play safely. The huge grounds were great for corn hole, football, frisbee and baseball. If you like croquet, pack your set- there is ample room on the grounds for it, volleyball and more. The pier was a great place for our beginner fishermen while the boat house held our boat for our more experienced watermen. We steamed and ate crabs in the crab house. The extra fridge and steam pot was great to have. We purchased a big roll of crab paper and left it for the next guests to use. The heavy brown paper made clean up easy. The master suite is fabulous. All the rooms are good sized and we had plenty of room for everyone. The large kitchen table was great for meals and games. There was also another wood folding table that made an excellent table for puzzling. If you’re looking for a river front vacation for a large group and you want to bring your boat - this one is perfect. Crabbing, fishing, boating, beautiful sunsets and lots of family fun. Only an hour to OC if you want chaos then you can return to this peaceful retreat. The views are wonderful from inside and out. The Super Walmart nearby is extremely convenient too.

Belle Aire Landing was a wonderful vacation home for our multigenerational family of 19 (10 adults and 9 children ranging from infant to age 13). It is one of the best-equipped vacation homes we've ever rented and had everything we needed for a comfortable week together.The kitchen was a dream for preparing meals for a large group. It featured two sinks, two ovens, a six-burner gas stove, a large refrigerator, a separate beverage refrigerator, and a dedicated ice machine. The dining table comfortably seated 14, making family meals easy, and the high chair was appreciated for our youngest guests.The main house is filled with natural light thanks to windows across the back and sides, providing beautiful views of the river and pool from almost everywhere. There was also plenty of outdoor seating, so everyone could enjoy the scenery.The pool was especially well suited for our younger grandchildren. The large wading area, only about nine inches deep, gave our children under six a safe place to splash and play for hours.We took advantage of nearly every amenity, including the kayaks, canoe, crab cages, grill, ping pong table, and foosball table. Even with 19 people, the property never felt crowded. There was ample room for everyone to gather together while also having their own space to relax.This is the spot if you're looking for a quiet vacation home that can comfortably accommodate a large extended family while offering beautiful views and outstanding amenities.
