Make sure the air conditioning has been fixed. We arrived on a 90 degree day and the air conditioner was not working (only putting out room temperature air) and the temperature inside was 80 degrees. We ended up staying somewhere else to sleep the first night and then were told the air conditioning needs to be replaced and had to find a new place to stay. Luckily the Ali'i Resort management group was very responsive and was able to give us a full refund.

The view was great, as pictured. The facilities are well maintained. Beaches, pool, cafes and restaurants were all a short walk away. Great for families with small kids. The AC in every room was a big plus.
