2/10 Terrible

It appeared clean, but we discovered it was full of bed bugs. We contacted the owner who kept claiming the exterminator was coming and we would have a report in 24hrs. One person in our party slept in the pullout couch in the living room and woke up with bed bug bites all over her body and face. She had to get medical treatment for the bites that were turning into blisters. 3 days after notifying the property manager we still had no response from the report. Based on messages in VRBO with property owner, it appeared he was still renting the unit.VRBO has done thing to resolve this and the property has done nothing to resolve this with us.
