We had a wonderful stay! We came down as a family and truly enjoyed our time here. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made our experience even better. Angela was a wonderful, responsive host, and her home is beautiful! Our children loved the pool, and we enjoyed making dinners as a family in the large kitchen. The location feels quiet and private even though all the fun of the beach is just a few minutes away. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely spot on for our purposes. Community pool was great for toddlers and kids. Bunk beds for cousins worked out great. 20 minutes off the beach and away from traffic worked for us. Glad we found it. Comfortable for kids. Would book again.

Very comfortable

It was close to perfect. Amenities were appropriate and plentiful. We enjoyed the front porch, using the grill, sitting on the back patio, sleeping in the quiet nights, swimming in the pool, using the laundry machines. It was easy to communicate with the owner.

The house was clean overall, and we enjoyed the pool, although we wish it stayed open later than 8 p.m.There were several issues: dog urine stains on the carpets, loose and broken doorknobs, a cracked refrigerator drawer, and dust and debris behind and under the couches. We also found opened coffee, sugar, dish soap, laundry detergent, and shampoo left by previous guests, which did not seem sanitary.The home was listed as pet-friendly, but we were never told our service dog could not be near the pool or had to be crated when we left.We were not allowed visitors, so we had to meet friends at their rental. Their host and overall experience were much better than ours.The biggest issue was the host. A friend stopped by to help us unload before going to the beach. She later had to go to the ER, so we watched her children. The host accused us of having 12 guests, even after we explained the situation. We also found what appeared to be an indoor camera and exterior cameras that were not disclosed before our stay. After contacting Vrbo, we were told to cover the lens if we were uncomfortable.The constant assumptions and feeling of being monitored made it difficult to relax. The home has potential, but better communication, maintenance, cleaning, and guest relations would greatly improve the experience

Condo was lovely. Very clean and spacious. Communication with host was excellent.While we didn’t expect to be near a beach, and all we needed or wanted was a not-terrible drive away, the condo was very isolated.The room with the bunk beds was adorable - we had three kids with us. We also had five adults, and one had to sleep on a bunk with the kids.Wonderful vacation. I’ve always loved the Outrr Banks, and was happy to introduce my family to the area.

This was a beautiful space. We visited Jarvisburg for an event at the winery (just down the street). It was the perfect location and the pool being right outside the front door was an added bonus to the relaxing vibe. We did not bring a pet but loooved that we could have. The development is charming. A little neighborhood boy even offered to haul our garbage! So cute! The host was very accommodating and open to communicating with us. Overall, this was a great experience & we would definitely book again.

2025 vacation

The home was beautiful, very clean and well stocked. There were games, cornhole boards, and a very nice patio area. The pool was directly across the street which was an added bonus. The owner was quick to respond to my messages and was very accommodating to our last minute reservation. The location was a bit further from the beach than I expected but the quiet neighborhood was great. No traffic and no worries about kids going back in forth to the pool. Highly recommend this listing!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful town home while visiting the OBX. The home was very clean! Our host Angela was so kind! She checked on us, and told us where everything was, and was genuinely there when we needed her. There were plenty of games, books, things for the beach, and the pool. It’s also a very quiet and cozy place. The kids loved the pool, and they had it all to their selves every time they went to swim. I loved it here, and will definitely stay again!
