Thank you for your review and kind words about the view and cleanliness. We truly appreciate it! We are so embarrassed about the check-in experience you had and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We recently made changes to how our information is sent out through our software system, and unfortunately, we were not made aware that any bookings made prior to that update would not automatically receive those details. Because of that, your access information was not delivered as intended. We have since identified and fixed the issue to ensure this does not happen again. It’s very important to us that our guests have a smooth and stress-free arrival, and we’re so sorry we missed the mark here. We truly appreciate your understanding and are grateful that you’ve already booked with us again for next year. We look forward to providing you with a much more seamless experience next time!
