A Beautiful 2 Bedroom 1 Bath Home that sleeps 5 adults comfortably, is nestled in the most desirable location in Pacific Beach, North PB. Located at 876 Tourmaline St.,Tourmaline Beach and Surf Park are less than 2 ½ blocks away. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in San Diego along with great night life nearby. Great coffee shops, a grocery store and Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect.; Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy it! You will Love this Home. The Owner designed it for his family but had to move for his career. It is very well done with an open layout, a very high end kitchen, redwood deck off both the front and the back, pet friendly with a doggy door connected to the yard (for your exclusive use), private driveway, a great hot tub, picnic area, and is wonderfully landscaped throughout.
This Home is charming and well appointed. It comes complete with a 2 flatscreen televisions, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, fully furnished kitchen, granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets, beautiful stained glass surfer, dinning table, 2 chest of drawers, one queen bed, one king bed, fold out couch (fresh linens included), and beach essentials! A Beautiful front and back deck perfect for morning coffee or tea or an afternoon lunch! Pet Friendly, with your own fenced yard. The quaint yard is beautifully landscaped and has a Jacuzzi and Stainless Steel BBQ
We have private parking for you to keep your vehicle when you arrive. However, you are two blocks to the beach, grocery store, bars and restaurants. Or you can use your car to explore other parts of San Diego and come back to your private spot. We also have a bus stop at the end of the street for those who do not have a car and need to go out of the area.

Guests will have private access to the jacuzzi, boogie boards, beach accessories, soft surfboard, bbq, hairdryer, fresh linens and the front driveway. We also have shared washer and dryer as well as separate recycling.

Please note that every property in this area has multiple units. We are one of the best designed and well laid out properties in North Pacific Beach! There is a building behind the front house and a small studio next to the house, but the house has exclusive use of the driveway, backyard, hot tub, and front and back decks, and is separated by a fence.
RENTAL RULES PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL RENTAL RULES, AS WELL AS ALL INFORMATION AND RULES OUTLINED IN THE WELCOME LETTER, BEFORE YOUR CHECK-IN. 1. Smoking is not allowed in the unit. 2. A group larger than the number of guests disclosed at the time of reservation may not stay overnight in the property. An extra guest fee of $30 per person per night will be assessed for any unclaimed number of guests. 3. All of the units are privately owned; the OWNERS are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The OWNERS are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. NO PARTIES. Outside Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. This is a residential neighborhood, so please respect the privacy of your neighbors. Neighbors are very sensitive to noise and will notify property owner immediately of any disturbances. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 6. Only use furniture/appliances for their intended uses. 7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the pet fee. Pets must stay off the furniture. An extra charged will be assessed for any feces left behind in the yard (if applicable), or any damage done in the unit. 8. Provided parking is limited to 1 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas as outlined in the welcome letter. Any additional cars will need to be parked on the street. Please pay attention to posted signs. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Only beach towels are permitted to be taken to the beach. Please keep all white towels in the unit. 10. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances, furniture, and electronics for their intended uses. Do not move/rearrange furniture/decorations in the unit or decorate with any tape, glue or adhesive of any kind. Appliances and Electronics are not guaranteed; Repairs will be made as soon as possible. No refund due to failure. Refunds made if due to act of god (e.g. fire, mandatory evacuation, etc.) 11. Beach Equipment: Recreational beach toys/equipment is provider by OWNER. GUEST assumes all responsibility of provided equipment. Misuse of this equipment will result in removal from the premise at the OWNER’S discretion. Please clean all sand and debris off beach equipment after use. 12. Abusive/Offensive language will not be tolerated. OWNER can dismiss GUEST at any time due to Abusive/Offensive language towards guests, neighbors, agents of the owner, as well as the owner. 13. Laundry machines are provided for your convenience. Laundry hours are from 8:00am-9:00pm daily. Please keep laundry room/area clean at all times. Clear out all lint traps before/after every use. OWNER assumes no responsibility for any damage/loss to personal belonging.

This is just a great place. Location is amazing, a short walk to the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking; just bring your favorite spices. The beach toys, the ample towels, the clean hot tub, a free parking place, a quite neighborhood, a lovely front porch...I would book again and again.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Our host Richard responded to all of our questions immediately. The property was amazing and within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a golden retriever with us so the fenced in back yard was a plus!
This beach house made the perfect base camp for our trip to the San Diego Zoo. It was so nice to be able to soak in the hot tub after spending the day exploring, and it was close to plenty of shopping/dining options as well as the beach.
It was the perfect place for my parents, husband, son and I to stay! We loved the location -quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and many restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and very nicely decorated home. Really appreciated that kitchen was well equipped for cooking! And had stemmed wineglasses ! Providing cable for us older folks that still like to “click” through shows was great too. House has a sunny front deck and comfortable small back one. Owner very responsive.

Great Family Retreat Close to the Beach
Property was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Lots of extra amenities that were helpful for traveling with three kids. Walking distance to good food and a fun beach. We had a great time

Lovely stay
This was such a cute little beach house, a few blocks from tourmaline beach!! Easy, no hassle checking in and out! The cozy house comes with so many beach amenities and was able to bring our pup along with no issues!! We loved our stay so much we are already day thinking about the next time we can make it down to sunny San Diego again!! Would def recommend this property!!!
While the weather was not great during our time in San Diego, the house was ideal for cooking dinner and relaxing in the hot tub after a few days of rain. The street it was located on is a very easy walk to the beach and some coffee/pub locations, but had very little traffic during our entire stay. Was great for a family of 4.
The house was clean and ready when we arrived. Loved the parking in the driveway, no worrying about finding a spot to park on the street. Had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor cooking. Had everything we needed for the beach as well! Beds were comfy too! Loved that there was air conditioning. Kitchen is amazing! Big and beautiful! We enjoyed cooking in it. Our teen daughters loved it! Beach is close by as well as all kinds of shops, cafe's and restaurants. Loved the front deck for coffee in the morning & evenings too! The bikes were great to have as well! Back deck was great for evenings while we bbq'd and went in the Spa. Spa very clean and nice and hot! Overall great stay and we'd definitely stay there again:)
