Great vacation
Comfortable cabin with private location.
Basics in the kitchen were a bit woeful - 5 packs of sugar, not much else. Comfortable bed, but cabin could use a good dusting.
Very nice just a couple small issues. No big deal. Loved access to the pool. The cabin is cozy but needs a larger TV it’s very small. Would definitely go back again. Staff is great,
My husband and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary in this cute rustic cabin. Our 3 chihuahuas loved the cabin. Though there is no fenced yard, there were plenty of areas to explore and walk them. It turned cold during our stay and the wood burning fireplace was so cozy. There was even a full rack of wood on the front porch. We also met a number few of the local residents while walking our dogs, everyone was so friendly and helpful in recommending local attractions and amenities. Would definitely stay again.
Everything was so dusty- turn on lamp beside bed and dust particles flew off of shade, dust built up on walls and ceiling fans, cover and pillows full of dust, couch was sitting up on books and full of dust. Had to buy our own toilet paper. Talked to property manager about the issues. I had read the reviews and was smart enough to take our own bed linens and covers. I also thought with the other reviews that the cabin would have been cleaned. This cabin needs new furniture and bed linens and pillows. The rugs need to be washed or replaced.
It is sad that we pay for cleaning in the cabins and we get these results. THIS CABIN NEEDS A OLD FASHION SPRING CLEANING AND UPDATED WITH NEW EVERYTHING.
Hope to rent this cabin again ... liked the privacy and that it was like being in the forest and if lucky as we were the deer and turkeys wonder near ..loved that
Cute cabin, great location, but needs updating, especially the bathroom. Great size for two people, with nice wooded lot. The decor needs to be updated along with the flooring. The couch, bed, and kitchen are satisfactory. The only good thing about the bathroom is the water pressure. So if you just stay out of the bathroom, you will be ok. The Townsend area is wonderful, with nice scenic drives to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Cades Cove. Love the location but we won’t stay in this particular cabin again unless it is updated.
My husband and I stayed here for a few days to relax and explore the Smokeys. The cabin was the perfect size and we loved the large kitchen and eating area. Living room was cozy. We had trouble getting the TV to work, but the Eddie, the staff manager was out immediatley to help! He was a great resource for us!
My wife and I booked this for our Anniversary and could not be disappointed. The pictures really do not do the property justice. It is a very nice cabin with everything you could need included. Reminded me of going to my relatives hunting cabins in Maine when i was younger. However it is a little dated, nothing to deter anyone from booking, but the floors could be updated (stains and burns on the rug and linoleum flooring) and the TV is really too small. The only complaint that I have about the property is that it needs to be cleaned better, very dusty. Dust webs and dust on the fans, walls and pictures. Other than those few complaints this was a charming cabin, and I would definitely like to come back to and see again, perhaps for a longer stay.
My husband and I decided on this property because it was dog friendly. We have a dog that accompanies us wherever we go. So we were so happy have had the opportunity to travel with him.
The cabin is tucked away in a beautiful wooded area. It is so quiet, you can actually hear the various birds sing, the leaves move with the wind, at night you can see fireflies. Just perfect to help you relax and forget about work fo a while.
