This midtown location makes exploring Fayetteville easy even on bike and on foot. The backyard chickens and playset provides plenty of entertainment for young ones. We're less than 2 miles from downtown entertainment and art district, and University of Arkansas. Reasonable commute to Bentonville, Rogers (~20-30 min) and Springdale (~10-15 min). Our neighborhood is a mix of families, seniors, college-age and young adults. Gregory Park, the Razorback Greenway, along with many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. It's really a lovely place for people and pets.
