Why they chose this property
I purchased my home next door almost 40 years ago. Love the area so when this property became available, I purchased to lease or rent. Pompano is one of the fastest growing communities in South Florida. The property is walking distance to Pompano beaches/shops/night life
What makes this property unique
Large 2/2. Completely renovated. Great amenities and well maintained. I live just next door, so I am constantly upgrading and maintaining. Fully furnished/ Great outdoor area with pool/outdoor shower and summer kitchen (gas grill). Updated bathrooms and kitchen.
