Great beach house and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very happy with our rental property, nice home, comfortable, quiet, neighborhood like location. But also just as important was the communication and responsiveness of ESPM property management. We rented another property but on short unexpected notice just before our trip, that property had a water leak needing more intensive repair work. ESPM promptly notified us and found this location and upgrade property to place us in. They handled everything including getting the beach gear delivery location updated for us. Very nice beach and private pool access a plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time staying at Kiawah. This location was perfect to walk to the beach but also be close to fresh fields for shopping. We even booked an additional night while staying. We truly enjoyed and would love to be back.

The Perfect Kiawah Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay in Kiawah and absolutely loved this home. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable trip. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all the essentials for great home-cooked meals. We ordered grocery delivery and were able to enjoy easy breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at the house, especially out on the porch overlooking the Kiawah River.The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the showers were perfect after long days spent at the beach and pool. The location could not have been better, with a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and our favorite pool right down the street.The neighborhood itself is what makes Kiawah so magical. Our kids loved having the freedom to ride their beach bikes around, explore the docks, watch the wildlife, and meet up with other kids and new friends along the way. There is something so special about a place where kids can have those simple summer adventures and make memories while parents can truly relax.This community is truly one of a kind, and this home was the perfect place to experience it. We absolutely loved our stay and would be thrilled to come back again next year!
