Perfect Location on Kiawah -Lovely 3BR/3BA Villa - with full Resort Amenities!

Lovely end unit Villa in East Beach Village, Kiawah Island, SC USA, with picturesque lagoon views is located within a 4 minute walk to the beach and quick walk to 21 acre Night Heron Pool Complex. Kiawah Island boasts 30 plus miles of paved bicycle trails making island exploring and accessing its many features including green spaces, playgrounds, markets, and the 5-star Sanctuary Hotel, easy. Bike trails also extend all the way to Freshfields Village. And of course there's Kiawah Island's beautiful 10 miles of hard packed beach, which is perfect for bike riding, walking, shelling, ocean swimming or simply sunning! As of June 1 2020, Kiawah resort manages the property, giving all guests access to full resort amenities including use of the Night Heron Park and West Beach pools, reduced golf fees, preferential reservations for tennis, excursions, bikes, kayaking, restaurants and more. The resort also provides complimentary transportation throughout the island and 24-hour support.

This Villa features water views overlooking a beautiful lagoon from both the living room (comfortably seats 8 or more) and the dining room (seats 6). The living and dining rooms both also access the large deck that has outdoor dining and new lounge furniture that overlooks the lagoon. The kitchen was fully remodeled in 2020.

Also featured are two king masters – one on the main floor with access to the deck and overlooking the lagoon, and one on the second floor with lagoon views. The third bedroom is on the second floor, boasts lagoon views, and is super-sized for up to 4 children to sleep and play. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom, TV and cable access.

This Villa is located within a 24-hour security gated community and includes ample parking, linens and towels, washer and dryer, wireless internet, cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service.

We had an amazing time staying at After Dune Delight! The home is bright, clean, spacious, well decorated and beautifully updated! The location to the beach and Night Heron Pool and park, plus the Sanctuary Hotel couldn’t be more convenient! We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect fall vacation for 2.

The process was seamless, the island was beautiful, the property was perfect location. Enjoyed biking on the island and the beach, the sunset at Bohickets Marina and day trips to Charleston. Most enjoyed the nature and peacefulness of the island.

Amazing location!

We loved how close this property is to the beach! It was a short, easy walk. The view of the lagoon was very relaxing from the patio. The kitchen and finishings were all updated and very nice. Overall, we loved our first trip to Kiawah and hope it’s not our last!

Exceptional location

Our stay was amazing. The owners were so easy to work with. The location of the home was steps away from the beach. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, everything was perfect. I had proposed to my girlfriend on this trip and the owners had a bottle of champagne and goodies sent to us. Just an amazing experience. I will definitely rent this place again.

Fall beach weekend

We had a great time in Kiawah! It had been 20+ years since we had last visited, and we really enjoyed the amenities such as the new Sanctuary resort and the Freshfields shopping area. The condo was a great setup for 2 adults and 2 teen boys. Location was great, as well. Close to all we wanted to do. Very clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing you home with us!

Kiawah is the best vacation destination EVER!

We loved the beach, having quick and easy access, and it’s not crowded at all. This villa was close to everything, clean, and very comfortable for our two families. It was spotless and the owners were very thoughtful and attentive to our questions. There’s so much to do on the Island, even in the fall. We loved bike riding and Fresh Fields had something going on every night. You can also walk to the market for supplies, to Night Heron Park, to the Sanctuary for a beautiful lunch on the terrace and explore the island via myriad trails. We can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Exceeded expectations!

We had a great time! The home was exactly as pictured, very clean and bright. The perfect Beach ambiance for us. It's difficult to find a place with 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms we really appreciated that arrangement. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved being on the lagoon it was relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed the the deer that would come up and look at us from below the deck. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. We found good places to eat and explore making a list of those we didn't get to for next time. We shared lot of laughs finding our way around and spending time at the house. It's a place where we could choose to be going and busy or settled in and relaxed. The owners were fast and responsive to all questions and requests. The four of us all agreed we would stay at After Dune Delight again! Thanks for sharing your truly awesome home! Already thinking about next time.

Amazing family getaway

We had the best time here - it is the perfect place for a family to stay. My three kids loved the room with the two single beds and the bunk bed, and then there are two other master suites, and three bathrooms! We didn't really cook but we absolutely could have. The deck and the water views, and even the sounds of the ducks (surprisingly noisy) were lovely. And then the biggest perk is the Kiawah golf resort access that comes with renting this villa: we were able to use the Night heron pool (with waterslides!), and enjoy discounted rates on all the on-property restaurants and the kids camp (Camp Kiawah - highly recommend). My husband played a round of golf and I was able to use the spa at the Sanctuary. Also, this properly is a two minute walk from the beautiful beach - and I mean really two minutes - even my kids didn't complain about the walk while carrying beach stuff. But we didn't even have to carry that much because we rented chairs/towels through the resort that were waiting for us there every day. The villa was clean and everything was just beyond our expectations, including fast communication with the owners. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Social distancing - Kiawah style

This our 3rd trip to Kiawah Island and has been our favorite, by far. This villa is nothing short of perfect - gorgeous view of the pond complete with the most comfy deck furniture where you can settle in, sip your coffee, and relax with a book or enjoy the peaceful scenery. The location of this property is ideal. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The walkway is paved and the boardwalk ramps all the way to sand. Night Heron Pool and Park is less than a 2 minute bike ride. The property was well stocked. I tend to pack a lot of kitchen items because I find most rental kitchens are lacking but there were ample dishes, pitchers, pots and baking pans. There were extra touches that made this property stand out. Lots of outlets equipped with strips to accommodate phones and device chargers; starter packs of pre-measured coffee along with filters; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion; hair dryers. The attention to detail made it feel like home. I had 4 teen/pre-teen girls with me and the upstairs bedroom with 4 beds was their favorite part. It's hard to find villas with this set up so it was a treat for them to all sleep together. Lastly, the owners were quick to answer questions, provided very helpful information about the property and surrounding area shopping and grocery stores. They even checked in on us by text to make sure we had everything we needed, and to let us know about baby alligators that had been spotted in the pond. Needless to say, we LOVED this property and will be booking again for our next trip. A big thanks to Greg, Rich, Maura and Kerry for sharing your beautiful property!

Stunning Villa

Awesome location and condo

We had a great experience for spring break. We were close to the pool at Night Herron and close to the beach. The host was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction as this was our first time visiting Kiawah. We loved sitting on the porch and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Washer and Dryer were also very useful. We had a blast. Definitely would recommend this property.

Ideal family getaway!

Everything about this property facilitated an amazing family getaway! We have already rebooked for next year! First, the home was extremely clean when we arrived. Next, the location cannot be beat - within walking distance to the beach and a short jaunt to Night Heron Park. We enjoyed many family meals and glasses of wine on the great deck. The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals when the need arises. The property owner and management are very responsive and the resort privileges are a huge bonus. We so enjoyed our visit and are counting down to next year!
