This 2 bedroom townhouse is set in the heart of the La Sella Golf Spà & Tennis Resort. Available on the complex are tennis courts, golf, spa, horse riding, cycling, shops & restaurants, communal gardens & fabulous pools. Set on 2 levels, 1 twin bedroom with sunny terrace & 1 double bedroom with balcony, both with fitted wardrobes. An open planned lounge with TV and some SKY channels, dinning kitchen with table and chairs, pull out sofa bed to sleep 2 and downstairs toilet and outside washing area. Leisure amenities close by within 100 meters walking distance include 8 tennis courts with professional coaching available, boules pitch, 18-hole golf, restaurant, bar, supermarket pharmacy, ATM bank machine and site management office.

Hi, my parents own this lovely house. They are Spanish from Galicia in Northern Spain, but bought this property from plan some years ago. My father was a builder and decorator so keeps the property in great decorative order.

Why they chose this property

This property is ideal if you are on a budget. It is a simple, but clean and well maintained property in the beautiful and well maintained La Sella complex. Lovely view to the garden and ideal for children and small dogs.
