Step into an inviting open-concept living, dining, and well-equipped kitchen area, showcasing the classic Santa Fe style with rich exposed vigas and beautiful Saltillo tile floors. The 2-story great room creates an airy and light-filled living area with high ceilings and transom windows, perfect for entertaining and easy flow throughout the space.

Central air and heat ensure year-round comfort, while two Kiva fireplaces add a touch of warmth and charm.

The home is equipped with a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. Off the kitchen and dining area, step onto a small, tranquil flagstone patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or reading a book in the shade.

Retreat to two spacious ensuite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a unique loft overlooking the living room, offering a sense of openness and airiness. The bedrooms and living room offer Roku systems which allow you to enjoy your own services and subscriptions. Lightning-fast internet is provided by Xfinity.
