Great place to stay to visit the Disney Parks. We loved the pool and the house had everything we needed for our stay. We had great communication with the property manager. We had a smoke alarm that needed changing a battery and we contacted them on a bank holiday at 4pm and someone was out to fix it at 8.30am. We will definately return and would recommend to others.

This house is located in a quite gated community is very close to Disney parks, Walmart and many restaurants. There is a community pool and playground that was a hit with the children. Very comfortable four-bedroom house with plenty of room for our family vacation. Wifi was fast and reliable. Check in and out was easy and host communication is always fast. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

Very happy with the stay here. The house is very open and every room has its own full bathroom. There was everything that we needed at the house and enjoyed being able to take the short walk to get to the clubhouse. The beds were much comfier than other VRBOs we've had in the same area. Highly recommend staying here.

Hi Tana, yes, glad we were able to properly rehang that shower door, and address the sudden, mid-stay lack of bubbles in the hot tub. An automated valve appeared to have gotten stuck, but was quickly replaced. Thank you again for having stayed with us. Until next time!

I would stay here again!

Perfect size house for a family. Messaging with questions was answered very promptly. Close to amenities and Disney. I was expecting a wading pool but it was 6 foot on one end, so definitely swimmable.

Great location and community amenities. The house was okay. It could definitely use a deep cleaning and refresh. Simple things like new linens and dishware would go a long way. Overall, decent place for a family vacation.

Hi Andy, thank you for your feedback. Happy to read you really enjoyed the home's great location and all amenities included in your stay. We have since done a deep cleaning, and have also replaced all plates and bowls in the kitchen. Majority of sheets and pillows (all the ones that needed to be) have also been replaced. Owner had this on their schedule for during their own stay this month, but your feedback expedited the process. Thank you, and we look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Great resort, villa and location

The villa is in an excellent position, not too far from the parks and the resort pool and facilities, villa was very clean, comfy beds, pool area was clean. looking at previous reviews, yes it was lived in, but that doesn’t detract from your stay, we were a family of 7 and plenty of room for us all and a great base for all the parks. I would definitely book again. Excellent vacation rentals were brilliant responded to all questions straight away

Family and Friends trip

All over stay was good. House was plenty big for 4 adults and 4 kids. Main reason we stayed here was for the pool and waterpark. Both were big hits with the kids. Waterpark, clubhouse and park all are in walking distance. Could use a good deep cleaning, but was bug free and surface clean.
