Perfect place for me and my husband to stay for our anniversary. We stayed in another unit last year but this one was much cleaner. Definitely coming back. Only drawback was the toilet continuously runs. Needs to be repaired.

Beautiful and clean. Remodeled and repainted. We have stayed at various Phoenix VII places and the bedroom in this condo was arranged the BEST to get around. The long bench at the end of the bed was the only thing that made it feel harder to move around in the bedroom. It was very close to the closet doors. If that was removed the bedroom would be perfect!!! Loved the higher height of vanity in bath. Had everything we needed.Third party 460 was pricey for us.

The owner of this condo thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. This condo was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and the owners even had a box fan in the closet to use for noise which we appreciated. A/C in unit works very well also. Bathroom had a very comfortable tub/shower combo. The view of the gulf was perfect. Balcony furniture was also comfortable. We loved the high back barstools. Washer and dryer was available in room but it is loud so put your stuff to wash and dry when you are out of the room. We had questions before arriving in the host, answered those very quickly and promptly. We will definitely stay here again. We loved it so much we tried to book this condo again for the next weekend but it was booked. Overall we had an excellent experience staying at this condo.
