Definitely A stay, the host very communicative everything was like it said it is per description, beautiful area, nice an quiet, fun water park a few minor things in the house but overall definitely enjoyed the stay!!

Entire stay was excellent. Host was communicative, check-in was super easy. The house was spotless and a great value for the price. Had issues connecting with the wi-fi and reached out to the host and got an immediate response with the issue resolved in less than 15 mins. The only problem I had that is no fault of the host or ownership is that the parking is extremely limited for the property size so please keep this in mind. There's really only room for 1 car on site. There's off site parking a few blocks over but if you're coming with a large group please plan ahead. Other than that my stay was excellent.

I generally make good choices when booking. This was a last minute trip before school starts back and it was a bust. While I could start from the beginning- I’ll just start at check in. The young man at the gate had on a ski mask and was extremely unfamiliar with the property. He did not provide hours for the water area nor did he greet us. He also didn’t ask for the correct reservation proof and seemed to be frustrated that I provided him with what I had. On to the property- upon entry- we did not know we had to enter from the rear. There was a safety gate for the pool but bringing luggage past that was somewhat of a task considering the narrow passage. The air was set at 75 which seemed extremely warm. Found the thermostat and had to google how to operate it- no instructions. WiFi was also on the thermostat which clearly stated DISCONNECTED. There was debris on the stairs. I was the only one that went upstairs- the floors were sticky, the cabinets and countertops were dirty & there was dust just about everywhere. I didn’t seem that the house was cleaned or even recently used. Upon contacting guest services- I was asked to trouble shoot the internet. Only the tv in the living room worked the bedroom tv downstairs remained black the entire time. The children played their phones for the duration of the trip on an unsecured network that I assume the tv was on. I truly don’t believe 1500 characters is enough, Also- the cookware, disgusting. We literally bought a pan while there.

The home itself with beautiful. It do need some maintenance. There were roaches in the dish washer-5 that i saw. Kitchen pendant lights were very dusty. Downstairs room tv didnt work. Was unable to Operate any of the ceiling fans. Back door where you enter after parking slams really loud.. Pool look clean. One of the outdoor table was in need , replacing. The swing egg chair had a moldy pillow on it. Upstairs , bedrooms were all nice , especially that themed ones.. overall, it was a good stay. Loved the layout of the home.Just need some basic maintenance.
