Great place to stay

We loved the property and owners were very responsive. Very easy to.get to and a fantastic restaurant close by (davenport diner). Property was clean and had all the necessities. Pool was a bug plus for the kids too!

Big, roomy but very dated

There was plenty of room and a nice large pool area which was clean. The bathrooms and appliances were clean but there was a lot of dust on the decor. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time in the pool.

Dated?! We have not styled this property as an ultra modern villa but it is certainly not dated. It is also exactly as per the photos, so there really should be no shock if it is not in the style you are looking for. We also maintain the decor on a regular basis to keep it fresh, comfortable and inviting for our guests.

Quick Getaway

We were able to find a nice place to getaway for a few days and just enjoy family. Normally we would have been in a week long cruise…But Covid. Nice place would stay again

Perfect Location

We rented this property due to the location. We were attending a wedding at the Adams Estate 20 minutes from the property but also had relatives to visit closer to Orlando. Property is also minutes from I4. Many amenities close by including the great Davenport Deli that we visited the day we checked out (highly recommend)., Publix grocery store, pharmacy etc.

Nice house that you can get heated pool.

Nice clean house that's only half hour away from Disney property. We love just walking outside and there's our own pool. We like warm pool so we paid extra for heated pool. It has game room in garage if you like.

Fantastic villa

What a lovely place to call home during our holiday. It really only takes 15-20mins to get to Disney and there are lot of amenities close by - supermarkets, restaurants and shopping. It's very spacious inside and out; the space around the pool made it such a nice place to be, we ate all our meals sat outside enjoying the weather while the children played in the pool.

GREAT PROPERTY

We rented this house 3-4-17 thru 3-11-17. We came down for a college baseball trip that my son was playing in. The home was nicely decorated and very clean. It had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend this property. I will try to rent it again when we come down next year

Everything was as expected and more.

Wish we had more time for Pool use and relaxing outside by pool but Hurricane Mathew and rainy season didn't help. Building never felt stronger. Never heard or felt wind. Only criticism would be a garage opener. During rain would be nice to pull in to unload.
