Guests will have the house completely furnish, sun loungers, free grill to use (no refill or exchange of propane gas must be filled in case it is empty or runs out during use), private pool with the option to heat it (daily cost $ 20 dollars per day and will have a turn-on time from 10 am to 11 pm), has internet of more than 100 Megas, cable television, the kitchen has everything necessary for your stay, washer and dryer, ironing area, has towels and all bed linens, also has pool towels, cleaning products, detergents, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, sponge dishes, bath soap, for initial use not for the entire stay, also has a Keurig coffee pods station is complementary and free parking.
Champions Gate guests have free access to the luxury-inspired Oasis Club. This exclusive clubhouse features a resort-style pool with a lazy river and water play area, a game room, a tiki bar, a movie theater, a restaurant and bar, a BBQ Grill, and much more!
Retreat Club features a heated pool, waterpark slide and a splash zone for children, a hammock area, mini golf, and a tiki bar. The community features soccer fields, artificial and natural grass, a basketball court, 2 gyms, and tennis courts. You also have access to golf, but you will have to pay to play.

Spring Training in FL

Came to Florida for my daughter's spring training. Her team was staying in Champions Gate and we wanted to be close by. Great townhouse! Comfy beds, plenty of space for everyone, and everything was new and clean. Loved relaxing by the pool at night. EXCELLENT communication with the owner and small issues that came up were fixed immediately. The kitchen had most everything but could have used a nicer pot and pan set (we do understand this is a rental and things often disappear.)Overall, we had a great stay! Thank you for everything!

Manager is hard to communicate with. Maybe poor English. Dont respond to messages like a real person. Gate to get into the subdivision hardly works. Each car takes like 3 minutes to get through and theres usually a line in the evening. Kind of irritating. The master bathroom was nasty. In the corners on the tile is dust and so much hair. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. There are zero things to do at the house beside swim or watch tv. It rained while we were there and the outdoor pool areas got closed because of lightning. No games or anything. Missing lots of kitchen utensils for cooking. There was 6 cheap towels for the pool even though it sleeps 10 (?). They provide 2 tabs for washing machine and no shampoo/conditioner or decent soap bars. The outside porch was very filthy and full of cobwebs. The light in one of the rooms didnt work. The washing machine was trippin out and didnt work either. Overall id give this a 2.5. It was nice to have a bed each night to sleep on but thats about all this place is good for.
