Perfect place for families. Kids loved the pool. We all enjoyed the clubhouse, the watermark, and the game room. Drinks at the bar were excellent, Music was awesome, and food delicious. The house was clean, comfy, and spacious enough for 2 families with kids. We loved it. We will be back.

Place smelled like a wet dog even though it says no pets, the property was dirty inside and out. Host was very nice and answered every call if we made one but there were spider webs and spiders everywhere we had to spray everything down. The beds were bet down and dirty.

Property was beautiful, as shown in the pictures. Big, spacious, clean. Pool was great. Communication with the host was awesome. Overall we were thrilled. Would book again fsure!!!

Great location in a great resort for families. House was perfect and spacious. Pool and spa are set to the same temp and they only allow a max of 90 degrees. Would have liked the spa to be set to a warmer temp. Was very difficult to communicate with the host. Unresponsive trying to communicate in the app through messages but was able to connect with the host a couple times leading up to the reservation by calling VRBO and they connected me to the host. Got the host phone number and they were responsive to my calls during our stay. Giving a 4 star overall review because of the lack of communication in the app leading up to my stay.

This is my first time using vrbo or even going on a resort, and it was absolutely terrible, first AC wasnt working, my husband is hvac and thankfully was able to get it to work so my small children werent in A hot house. the dryer didn't work the entire time we were there we had an itinerary but the host wanted us at the house to get her dryer delivered. The main Drains in The pool were so weak from improper chem treatment that two people were injured from Going through them. Two chairs on the property were broken, there was no blinds on the huge glass door. The outside table is missing screws so we had to be cautious that the kids didn't touch it, the stools at the bar were so wobbly that we couldn't use them. There were two tvs in the kids rooms that didn't work. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was a really horrible experience for us. With 8 guests in the home we had to do laundry and ended up hanging clothes all over the house to dry. I have photos of everything. Please let me know what can be done for us since I don't believe we got what we paid for.

Check in time was 4:00pm, however our flight was not due in until midnight. We arrived at the location at 1:30AM to find the house had not been cleaned. The beds in all 5 bedrooms were unmade, the garbage cans were full and there were dirty towels in all the rooms. We tried to reach out to the host with no answer. We ended up sleeping on the couch for a few hours. We reached out to VRBO at 7:30AM to report the condition of the property and lack of communication from the host. They attempted to contact the host without success. They left me on hold to attempt to contact them again. While on I hold the host sent me a message apologizing and advising they would refund us for that day due to the inconvenience. Our stay was over two weeks ago and we have yet to receive the refund.

Big house but horrible communication and beds.

The house was clean, so unsure about previous issues on that. Game room was unusable pool sticks were all broke and it was so hot in garage. Power went out for 3 hours, but nothing property's managers could do about that. The beds in house all need to replaced hard as rocks or broken down like 15 years old. The communication is horrible good luck getting a peply for most things, luckily we figured things out. Other than that it was a good location and a lg house.

I’m not sure why other people rated this place so low. Communication isn’t great, but good enough. Sure there was no heat in the pool/spa but it was an option. I’m just not spending an extra 60/night for a hot tub. I feel that should be included and 60/night is pretty steep! But all together it’s a beautiful spacious home. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing. Has some minor issues with flooring, towel holders, toilet paper rollers, and some broken pool deck furniture out by the pool. Could also use some new cookware, or at least tighten the handles. With all the minor problems I still believe this place was worth the money for our 2 week stay. We had a fantastic time exploring all of Florida and going to SeaWorld and WildFlorida. Many wonderful memories were made with our children and we were all very sad to leave.

The house was a nice house and you can tell that someone comes in and briefly cleans it between guests as the beds are made, towels folded and remotes nicely lined up on stands/dressers. Other than that there were multiple remotes in the one room but nothing hooked to TV for cable or streaming(not a smart tv). The sofa had stains and smells so we just did not use it. The chair in the living room has broken leg. Crumbs in the drawers, plates had food on them, could tell they probably went through dishwasher but needed scrubbed before we could use them. The patio area is nice but again the furniture was broke, two out of three loungers completely unusable folded in the corner and the patio set has 4 chairs but one is broken. The pool was nice and clean, we skimmed a few things but that is expected with the weather, the only concern there is that it was not filled properly, did not come up to the filter level. My son who is 4.5 feet stood in the 5ft section without going underwater. The game room was a nice set up but the air hockey table doesn't work and one of the handheld pieces had the fabric ripped off, the football table was missing handles on the rails. The pool table was usable. We were excited for laundry as a family of 6 and being away from home 10 days we packed for 5 and figured we would do laundry but the dryer takes 2-3 cycles to dry if that works, luckily with the heat we just placed most items outside for faster results. It does the job needed.

The home was very clean and overall we loved the stay but a few things to note- the pictures have a grill and pool towels but they do not have them, the hot tub doesn’t get very warm, and the dryer didn’t work.

showed up at 6 pm for a 4 pm check in. there was a car there. my kids were hungry, i said lets eat and come back. 8:45 pm - car still there. now tired and cranky kids who have traveled for the day. my husband goes to the door, its the cleaning people. they aren't finished yet. GREAT! Patio furniture is all broken and rusted, glass table is hanging by a thread. i don't know how you advertise a pool and not give chairs or loungers. the couch has no cushions left, and it might be the grossest nastiest couch filled with stains that I ever saw back in my days of college. carpets are gross and stained everywhere. toaster doesn't work. kitchen draws don't sit well in the spots, limited things in the kitchen for cooking, and everything's poor quality. beds have no cushions just springs. they didn't clean the comforters. the dishwasher is rusted and rotted. Our flight home was 9pm, i emailed the owner with issues of house and asked for a late check out... seeing how we couldn't check in till 5 plus hours on check in day, and got no answer. at all.
