Located just ¾ blocks from the sparkling, sandy shores that line this city for miles, you’ll be within convenient walking distance to spending your days soaking up the plentiful sunshine, popping to and from the home to refresh supplies as needed. Stroll down to the iconic Newport Beach Pier and Boardwalk to snap a few pictures of the vibrant sunset after shopping and dining at the many establishments you’ll find minutes from your front door. You can even leave the car at home to stock up on all your grocery needs, the neighborhood store only a 5-minute walk away. Retire back to the home at the end of long days exploring for a leisurely cocktail hour on the balcony, offering views of the oh-so-close ocean and scenic neighborhood.
