The living, dining and kitchen area are located on the second floor with a half bath. The third floor has an additional 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Three ocean front balconies for your relaxing moments. There is parking off street for 2 cars. Bonus feature! By renting this home you are given access to the pool located at Adams Ocean Front Resort on Read St. *This is a pet friendly vacation rental with a $300 non refundable pet fee per pet- Dogs Only, Breed Restrictions. *This is a non smoking unit. One flight of stairs is required to access first floor of living.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Below are our pros/cons:Pro:-LOCATION! This house is right at the very “end” of the town before the road into Rehoboth. It was so nice to be able to get in the car and drive right into Rehoboth without having to stop at every light through town. The house is also RIGHT on the beach. Beautiful views!! We loved all the decks. And everything in the town of Dewey is walkable.-Checking in was quick and easy, but I do wish there was just a keypad code we could use so we didn’t have to stop at a realtors office. -The price felt very fair. The location was great, but the house was outdated. -There was an outdoor shower and lots of space to store your beach gear outside Cons:-Stairs. Many of the houses on the beach have multiple levels, so are not taking stars off for it, but we did feel like it was important to note that two of the bedrooms require you to walk down one flight and then up three flights of stairs. It was a lot for our toddlers and baby gear. -The house was dirty when we arrived. The fans and vents had inches of dust. There was hair and garbage on the bathroom floor and around the toilet. There was half eaten food and wrappers under the beds. -Even though the deck off the living room is covered, the rain leaks right onto it, so unfortunately you can’t stay out there on a rainy day -There was mold around the bathtub, which is unfortunate because it looks like we’re not the first review to mention this

We had a wonderful week! Location!! The house is well equipped. The house was clean, nicely decorated. The views are the best, love that it's an end unit. Met the owner next door very nice. We couldn't get the king top floor TV to work? There are some odd little rusty items on first floor king deck :) Coldwell Banker agents very nice and helpful :)

Place was great - just as pictured on-line. Had everything we needed.

Only thing I would recommend is to have have some sort of railing for elderly in the showers. I had my mom who is 96 but a very active 96 yr. old (still drives etc) and she really could not use shower without a sturdy handle to hang on to. Otherwise - all was awesome!!!

This condo feels like home now. We are always very pleased with this place. Clean, comfy, great view! We are so thankful it is pet friendly.

Nice location, but unit needs upkeep

We have stayed at this townhome for 3 years. The main issue our family has are the king mattresses are old and cause back issues when we sleep on them. Most likely we will not be returning to this unit because of this issue. Other than the beds, I found the place to have some issues with cleanliness and found hairs in bathroom and downstairs coffee table. Plus the owners need to do a better job of communicating changes. The got rid of cable and now have only streaming which is not preferable. Also, there were no instructions for the new coffee maker which was tricky to figure out. Lastly, the frigerator doors only had two shelves and instead of getting more doors or a new frig, they tell tenants to not overload the doors. Just seems like the owners don't provide much upkeep and we are finding this unit Is not worth the cost.
