Walk in nature at nearby parks. 10 min drive to Woodfield Mall; 30 min drive to O'hare Airport. Convenient location right by Schaumburg! Easy access to major highways like I-290, I-90.

Bright and peaceful 2nd floor unit. Master bedroom comes with a queen size bed. Second bedroom a full size bed. Living room is furnished with a new leather queen sleeper couch. Both bedroom windows are furnished with blackout curtains and blinds. Living room has a 75 inch LG smart TV. Electric was updated with all new outlets and switches throughout the apartment. Bathroom was recently remodeled. Kitchen comes with a brand new range/oven. Unit has newer luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. We provide a toaster, blender, 12-cup coffee maker, K-cup Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker, crock-pot, dishes, bowls, pots and pans and much more! Coin washer and dryer are available in the building.
