Beautiful brand new home. Great location for trips to the beach, downtown Cocoa, Merritt Island birding. Home was clean, well equipped, great communication, and we really enjoyed the rooftop access. We will be back to Cocoa next year and will definitely be staying here!

We loved this house. It was very tidy and new.The beds were very comfortable which I was very happy to have a good nights sleep. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed with multiple families for a baseball tournament. Easy drive to the USSSA Space Coast Complex. This house was very clean, well stocked. The rooftop area was great for relaxing!

Perfect stay for my family!

I stayed here with some family for a family wedding. Venue was less than 15 minutes away, however, we were pleasantly surprised to find how central this location was to so many other fun things! Quick drive to the beach and grocery stores, walk to the River, restaurants, coffee shops, etc.Our whole group found the rooftop patio to be the best spot to wind down for the evening. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was at our fingertips.

We are from the Midwest - near Cleveland Ohio. When we are not working, we enjoy golf, pickleball and spending time with friends at the wineries. We are dog lovers and have a spoiled little diva Westie named Prince who takes up much of our time and attention. This is our first short term rental. We are excited to have a home in a location that we love and hope others will love, as well. As avid golfers, we enjoy having a place so close to many great golf courses. We wanted a home that is family and dog-friendly and perfect for an adult getaway.

Why they chose this property

My parents moved to Viera twenty years ago when this area was up-and-coming. It has been amazing to watch the growth since that time. We picked Cocoa Village because there is so much to do, and everything is right around the corner! Cocoa Village is an absolute gem of a little town with restaurants, bars, wineries and it is right on the riverfront. All the businesses are locally owned, and we love to support small businesses! Port Canaveral is a short distance as is Cocoa Beach. When you visit, chances are you will see a rocket launch from the rooftop, and we highly recommend a quick trip to Ron Jon's surf shop. If you are a foodie, you will definitely enjoy trying out all the restaurants in the village!

What makes this property unique

We love the rooftop patio and think that makes our home super unique. It is a perfect spot to start your day with coffee and end your day with wine and a sunset. Cocoa Village is an eclectic mix of homes and businesses, and we wanted a contemporary coastal vibe that is both comfortable and upscale. We tried to think of everything that would make guests comfortable and wanted it to feel like home! The Village offers so much to do as well - free concerts, craft fairs, sip and stroll wine tours, car shows etc. You will not be bored in this small town!
