My daughter and granddaughters flew in from VA to celebrate my 78th birthday. The beach house was PERFECT for all of us. The eclectic home provided us with everything we needed. It's only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store. Every morning my daughter and I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the patio watching the sea birds, dolphins, and manatees. I couldn't have asked for a better birthday and plan to make this an annual event.

The house was great. 6 of us stayed after a cruise. There is lots of space and the views are wonderful. We saw dolphins, manatees and many birds. There was a wagon with chairs and an umbrella and a cooler to take to the beach which we took advantage of. The location can’t be beat!

We loved the location of this house. It was a quick five minute walk to beach access on 2nd St., South. You are also very close to the downtown area. We loved being on the canal, although a dock with easier access to the water would be nice. The house has plenty of space with three large bedrooms each with their own bath and a fourth bedroom that we used as an office. The back sunroom/family room was a wonderful family gathering space. The kitchen had everything that we needed for making family meals. There were plenty of towels, both beach and bath, which was appreciated. Beautiful sunsets from the patio. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect view!

This was such a great house to stay at in Cocoa Beach. You can walk to the beach just down the street, sit on the back porch and see the manatees in the morning and even take a short walk for the best tacos in town! Will definitely recommend you stay here!

We had a great time staying in this home, we were in the area for baseball so when we had down time it was fun to hang out and fish on the banana river and go To the ocean, we saw an alligator, manatees, dolphins and lots of other fish in the waterway.

Perfect Retro Beach Home

We loved this home so much! It was very spacious and had a cool retro vibe. The views were awesome and we loved sitting outside fishing, reading or just watching the wildlife and sunsets. This is a very cool old Florida style house with great views. Sitting in the pool and watching the sun drop is very cool. There is plenty of room for a few couples or family. It's a short walk to the beach or for restaurants but it's far enough away to be nice and quiet. If you decide to stay read the book on day one. There are helpful tips from the hoste and other guests about the home.

Kennedy Space Center family trip

Location is great and home is nicely furnished. The waterway is lovely and sunsets are gorgeous. The trip with our grandchildren to visit Kennedy Space Center was a hit! The house is near restaurants and lots of shops too… we enjoyed PaPa Vito’s and Jazzy’s Mainly Lobster and Seafood.

A nice place, right on the river!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place could use some updating for sure but it’s clean, comfortable and provides all you need. There were trash bags, dishwasher/laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper. Beautiful location on the Banana River! Like so many others, we saw dolphins, manatees and other wildlife right outside the kitchen door. Saw 2 rocket launches as well. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay

The house was spotless on arrival, had all the amenities needed in the kitchen. The pool was nice. We were able to see both dolphins and manatee in the waters next to the house which was a great added treat. Plenty of room and a great location. The beach is close enough to walk. We were also able to see a space launch while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and views

A highlight of our stay was seeing manatees and dolphins swim by each day. I enjoyed sitting on the patio or in the breakfast area watching the wildlife. It is a great location near to downtown Cocoa Beach. We ended up driving to the beach each day to a park so we could rent umbrella and lounge chairs. We enjoyed the expansive house so we could spread out and the pool was situated well so you can view the canal. Because of those factors we overlooked the 60s/70s dated rooms. While the furniture was more updated and looked nice, the bathrooms and kitchen need the most updating. Overall, I'd recommend it for the great views and location.
