Parking Policy:
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the garage and 4 vehicles in the driveway only. No parking near fire hydrants — violations may result in fines or towing at the guest’s expense.

Guests have access to the entire home, including the basement with washer/dryer and garage
The Neighborhood:
Across the street from the community pool and playground, guests can pay a fee to use the pool in the summer months.

The Vermilion community pool will be open May 24–26, closed May 27–29, and reopens May 30. It will close for the season on August 17.

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
🤫 Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.
🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
🚭 Smoking:
No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation
Smoking outside is allowed
🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
🔥 Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!
If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

🛁 Use beach towels, not bath towels.

🧼 Keep the hot tub clean and clear

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The house has a lot of room for a family and with 3 floors and a crash pad area for kids in the basement it allowed everyone to have space for relaxing. The hot tub is brand new and the interior of the home has been recently and nicely appointed. Would recommend and stay again
Two families with teens and adult children stayed at this home for a holiday celebration. The house was a great size with plenty of space, furniture, and rooms. The bedroom setups were great and the furniture was appealing and comfortable. The only complaints that we had would be a few cleanliness issues that the management said they would definitely address and the fact that you will be dealing with an outside agency that manages the property, not a home owner. This sometimes causes difficulties and delays in solving problems
