Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located in Midtown is in the heart of Anchorage. It is just 10 minutes from the Airport and Downtown. 35 miles to Girdwood skiing!! This location lends to quick and easy access to the Seward Hwy which traces the Turnagain Arm, and is listed as one of the most scenic drives in the world. There are numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options within walking distance. You can also take advantage of the walking and biking trails along Campbell Creek just 500 yards from the property. Alaska is known as the great outdoors. So, get out there!! Let this be your home base for exploring Anchorage and beyond while in The Last Frontier. We wish you a great adventure.

Great condo to stay at while in Anchorage

Good location and the condo was very clean and good size. Everything you need is available and close to most things you want and need. I would recommend staying here if your lookikg for a place to stay.

Nice condo in convenient location at a reasonable price. Well stocked. Some minor issues like non-functional garbage disposal, loose boards on walkway, and lack of towel rack/hooks in one bathroom. Overall decent unit for our enjoyable stay in Anchorage.

Airport Adjacent

Our flights arrived late (11p) so it was nice to make the short drive from the airport to a clean apartment to launch our Alaska vacation. I would note, this is a 3rd story walk up and there is a bit of street noise, but it is priced accordingly. On a positive note, the kitchen is nice and the bike trail is just a few blocks away.

Nice Condo and location

Communication with owners was very good. Very quick response time to questions. Condo was good shape. Had everything we needed. Only thing we did not know is it was 2 1/2 flights of stairs. We just came off a 10 day cruise and had a lot of luggage to haul up the steps to the Condo.

Would for sure stay here again

We had a great vacation staying in this condo. The owners really have thought of everything. The place was stocked with clean towels, a few different hygiene items, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and they even had table top fans you could use if it got too warm. They also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers and hand soap at all sinks. The parking lot could get a little full but we always found a spot and felt safe staying here. There are also tv’s in both bedrooms. I will keep this place in mind for my next visit!

Comfortable stay

It's not fancy, but has everything you need, including shampoo and conditioner. Having 2 bathrooms was great. It would be nice to have a later check-out (11), but the owner was gracious when I ran over. No regrets staying here.

The condo was so well appointed. It had a table for four, large, comfy couch, dishwasher, a five cup coffee maker, and two very comfortable beds. The hosts supplied very well organized everyday needs such as detergent, towels, and a great little washer and dryer. The setting is so picturesque with woods behind it and a little balcony off the living room. It was homey and roomy enough for the 4 of us. The one and only caveat is, if you have difficulty with stairs it is located on the 3rd floor. We totally enjoyed our 4 nights there (it’s about 15 minutes from most places in Anchorage). Thank you to such considerate hosts for making our stay in Anchorage so comfortable!

A good place to stay overall. Took points off for cleanliness because while the carpet was clean overall the edges were bark as it's very hard to clean all the way to the edge. It appears as if it's time for new carpet. The rest of the pace was spotless.There is a board on the walkway up to the entrance that is slicking up a little causing a tripping hazard. And just like all Verbo and AB&B there is never a rack provided for a suitcase.

Nice location

This was a good spot. Yeah, you are going to hear planes from time to time, but it's no big deal. The place was clean. I had everything I needed. Good location for everything I needed to do. You're right around the corner from Cynosure brewing, and there's often a food truck there as well. Easy to communicate back and forth with the owner. I was really happy when they let me check in early after a no sleep redeye the night before. Wifi worked great. Nice little spot.

Why they chose this property

This property is central to it all! Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown and the airport. Walking distance to the Campbell Creek trail system and numerous restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. I used to live at the property and I truly miss all the convenience that this location has to offer. That said this feels like a home and a great quiet place to unwind after a busy day of exploring.

What makes this property unique

Whether you are walking or biking to the trail to catch a glimpse of salmon in the creek or walking to Starbucks for your morning joe this property location has it all. With the Chugach Mountains right out your front door this is an adventurers paradise.
