There are cameras around the outside perimeter of the house pointing out away from the home. No cameras in living spaces, Lanai or pool area. This is to ensure safety for both the property and guests.

We are from a small town in Ohio called Ross. We love to travel, ride our Harley and spend time w the grandkids.
We bought this house to eventually retire to during the winter months. We decided to share our happy place.

Why they chose this property
The neighborhood here is quiet. We live just sitting outside in the Lanai and looking out at the water. We like watching the fish jump and sometimes we get to see an alligator go by. The dock w the boat lift....a lot of times we see a family if turtles swimming around there.
What makes this property unique
Our place is unique in that it sits on a canal, located in a bird sanctuary, quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly. I can sit outside all day and just take in the scenery. You can bring your boat and boat thru the canals, or head out to the Gulf of you prefer. We have kayaks to kayak thru canals. There's fishing and a swimming pool. Please do not swim in the canals!
