Central heat and a portable air conditioner, parking for two, laundry on-site (shared with lower studio apartment tenant), fully fenced backyard with gas BBQ (also shared with downstairs studio apartment tenant). Gardener and indoor plant care taker visit regularly so your stay is maintenance free!

HOUSE RULES

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, no exceptions.
Violations will result in immediate
cancellation at guest expense, all guests
and visitors will be required to vacate
immediately, and an additional $500
cleaning fee will be charged.

• NO SMOKING indoors or outdoors near
windows or doors. If smoking outside,
please clean up after yourself. Evidence
of indoor smoking or outdoor butts will
incur an additional cleaning fee of up
to $350.

• No commercial photography or filming.

• NO PETS.

• Do not rearrange furniture.

• Toilets: Flush toilet paper only.

• Two vehicles may park in the driveway
in tandem (one in front of the other).

SHARED AREAS

• Laundry room is shared. Please be
respectful of others' items if they are
in the process of being laundered.

• Please respect quiet hours between
9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

TRASH & RECYCLING

• Trash pickup is once per week on
Tuesdays.

• Cans must be curbed by Monday evening
and brought back in on Tuesday after
pickup.

TRIP DATE CHANGES

• No requests to alter or shorten a
reservation will be accepted
within the original cancellation window.

SERVICE & EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS

Service and emotional support animals are
welcome. Pet fees do not apply.

A guest's service or
emotional support animal must not be:

1) Out of control
2) Unhousebroken
3) Left alone in the unit without
prior approval
4) Taken into unauthorized areas
5) In a public space without being
harnessed, leashed, or tethered

Please let us know in advance if traveling
with a service or emotional support animal
(we may have our own pets on the premises).

IMPORTANT: If the animal is left alone on
the property without prior approval, it is
considered a pet and a $10/day fee will
be charged.
