We had an absolutely lovely weekend. The house is brand new and everything was as described. We would appreciate the addition of more coffee, mugs and wine glasses. But overall the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and other items, and the common areas and bathrooms are stunning! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we really enjoyed our time there!

The house itself is a perfectly fine space — clean, comfortable, and close to the water, though not directly waterfront. Our main disappointment was with the management company and overall hosting experience.A few things future guests should be aware of before booking: the beds are not made prior to arrival, so you should expect to make them yourself. While there is a kitchen, it is very minimally stocked — there were no basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, or oil, and the number of plates and glasses was limited. The welcome basket included only two trash bags for a long weekend stay, with no extras provided. There is also a washer and dryer available, but no laundry detergent supplied.Overall, the home itself is adequate, but hospitality and guest convenience do not seem to be priorities here. If you are simply looking for a clean place to stay and do not expect a more thoughtful hosting experience, the property may still work well for you.
