Enchanting Southwest Serenity - SO Convenient to Golf, Grocery, and Restaurants!

Thank you, Renee! We'll be here for you. And when you come again, don't forget to ask for the returning guest discount!

Please do come again, Sharon. We always enjoy hosting guests who appreciate the little things we try to do to make their stay just that much better.

Thank you Angela. And thanks for taking such great care of our vacation rental. You are welcome back anytime.

Thank you Arlette. We trust your visit was a fun one and that your son's team did well in the baseball tournament. It wasn't lost on us that you had an EARLY morning flight and yet still took the time to leave the house so clean. Thank you for choosing our home and let your friends know about us.

Susan and her family were model guests. They communicated well, were respectful of the property and left it clean for our cleaners to get it ready and sanitize it for the next guest family. We would be pleased to host them anytime they are in the area.

Jessica, we appreciate your choosing our VRBO for your travel needs. Thank you, thank you for the immaculate condition you left the house in upon checkout. Please do come back to stay at Rio Hondo. Be sure to remind us of this stay and we'll be sure you get the returning guest bonus.

We're glad your visit was enjoyable. I think the highlight for my wife was when your daughter and her friend did a walkthrough of the home and said "we approve". We get a lot of accolades from our adult guests, but when we get a thumbs up from teenagers - well, that made our day.

As always, Rhonda, it was a pleasure to host you and your husband. You know you're welcome back any time. Hope you enjoyed your returning guest bonus - it was our gift to you for being such loyal guests who take great care of our home.

Thank you, Lori. And thanks for leaving the home in great state ready for cleaning and sanitization for our next guests. We appreciate you and hope to see you again.

We're so glad we were able to accommodate you and your family for your visit to Albuquerque to attend your family wedding. Our goal is to provide that haven for our guests when they just want to get away from the hubbub of their vacation activity; and we're glad you found that at our vacation home. As promised, the kitchen was fully stocked for your needs when you prepared food for the wedding celebration. We;re sure your guests enjoyed the preparations. We smiled when we saw your reference to the property as a duplex. It does give that appearance from the street, as the garage shares a common block wall with the neighbor's garage. I think part of why you noticed how quiet it was, is because the living quarters are actually not attached to the neighbor's living quarters. So when you come back to visit, you'll be assured of another peaceful getaway.

Thank you so much, Kalisa. Glad you were able to take advantage of our VRBO to host your in-town family in one place. And thank you for how clean you left it after your holiday dinner. You are welcome back anytime.

Thank you for your kind words and for leaving our property so clean and picked up. We were pleased to host you and will host you any time you come back this way.

Thanks, Mary. I think this was the third time you stayed at El Rio Hondo, and we appreciate your trusting us with your accommodation when you visit Albuquerque.

Thank you for selecting our home for your Thanksgiving family time here in Albuquerque. You were great guests.

Thank you for that great review Cynthia. But you didn't tell us how you did in the volleyball tournamnet??!! ;-) We enjoyed having you all.

Thanks for your vote of confidence, Randy. We'll have the lights on for you!

Excellent. Glad you enjoyed it. We love our returning guests and their confirmation that we're doing things to meet expectations. Thank you Renee!

Thank you so much for choosing our home for your visit to Albuquerque. Yes, we've had several guests enjoy the snacks, especially after a long day of traveling. Please do come again.

Thank you so much, Mary, for your vote of confidence! and for letting us be your "jumping off point" for your house hunting trip. Should you have another house hunting trip planned in the future, do rebook with us and claim your returning guest discount. And congratulations! You (your husband) are our first pin in the map from "out of country"! Thank you!

Joe & Donna, we were trying to remeber if this is your 4th or 5th stay with us. We are so thankful for our "frequent stayers". Thank you for your trust in us to give you a great place to launch your local travels from; and we hope to see you again.

Thank you, Michelle. And thank you for leaving the home in such good condition for us to be able to come in and get right to our cleaning and sanitizing task. We look forward to your next visit.

Yay! We love our returning guests. Thank you for your vote of confidence.

Any time Charles. We'd be glad to host you and your colleague again. Thank you for booking with us and letting others know about your experience.
