This quaint but super-charged bungalow features a cozy studio with a queen pull-out bed, full kitchen with breakfast bar, Sub Zero refrigerator-freezer and wine storage fridge, 6-burner Wolf stove, Miele dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with showers, all Dornbracht kitchen and bath fixtures, huge leather sofa, movie theater setup w/ full surround sound system, 12-foot retractable movie screen and 4K projector plus an 80" TV and electronic blackout window coverings! Swimming pool and spa access with seating for 10 with second full bathroom in upstairs cabana. Roughly 1,000 square feet of fully functional living space with everything you would need. Essential amenities like heat/AC, WiFi, washing machine, and dryer. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you cannot hear a sound in this luxury bunker.
