Whether you come to fish or lobster the crystal-clear world-class waters, snorkel or dive the wrecks, relax at Sombrero Beach, cool off at a local sandbar, or dine at the freshest seafood restaurants anywhere, this comfortable home is sure to make you want to come back again and again!

This quaint Keys home features 2 bedrooms (King master with ensuite bath, 2 Queens in second bedroom) and 2 bathrooms. It has all the amenities needed for the perfect Keys' getaway. The living room has 2 leather couches (one with 2 power recliners) and a single power recliner and a large TV with Roku so you can stream your favorite game, news or other apps. There are also two desks (living room, master bedroom) to utilize for trip planning and keeping caught up with email. The kitchen is complete with a large refrigerator, a small beverage refrigerator, dishwasher, large sink and counter areas to easily prep and serve food to the kitchen bar area or to the dining table.

Only steps from your door, the exterior living includes a private hot tub with ocean view, grill for your catch or favorite foods, a couple's pub chairs and table set to relax and enjoy the perfect sunsets at the right time of year, a dining table for 6, extra chairs to relax with your favorite cocktail and watch the ocean flow. Turn the heat down on the hot tub in the summer to relax and cool off with a evening soak! There is a fish cleaning table, hoses for clean-up and boat and tackle wash down, a 350 pound ice maker, bait freezer, and separate fresh catch freezer makes this the perfect property for your next fishing trip! The seawall can accommodate boats up to 26' with proper tie off. Rental boats, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear and other items can be found on island by multiple rental services. The seawall has an easy in and out launch platform for kayaks and paddle boards located at the fish cleaning table. Open pickle ball is only a couple miles away Monday - Friday from 9 am - 11 am weekly!

This is a new unit to the rental pool and we are being very aggressive with rates. So, book today before it fills up. Grab your beer, rod and tackle, and drop a line off the seawall to catch tarpon and many other species just a few steps from your door! The boat lift and sunshade are not available for guest use.
