Beautiful setting, convenient to everything. Clean and updated condo, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean, nice pool area, and SSI!!

One of the nicest properties in the King and Prince Villas in which we have stayed, we have been coming every summer for a number of years. The property has a refreshed look, wonderfully appointed, renovated kitchen with beautiful appliances. Nice furniture, clean and comfortable. The property owner obviously has taken great care of this unit. We already booked for two weeks in February.

We rented this property for 3 nights and it was perfect for us. There were 3 adults, a 2 1/2 year old and a 4 month old. Being on ground level was a huge help. The toddler could run around on the grassy area off of the patio and we were just a few steps from the pool which he loved. If you have young children I highly recommend this property.

First visit to St. Simons

This was the first visit to St. Simons for our brother and sister in law so of course we wanted their first stay to be on a King and Prince property. Very nice condo!! We plan to rent again in the future!

Very clean and good location. Could use a better map when checking in— we had a hard time finding the condo at night. I would also say the kitchen as lacking things like pot holders, dish towels, laundry detergent. I didn’t love that there was an actual key instead of a key pad to enter the condo. Made it hard when having teenagers come and go.
