Whether a business trip/ comforting waterfront vacation brings you to the Wilmington Wrightsville Beach area, this 3-bedroom 3-bath home offers you a relaxing home away from home retreat. The open spaciousness at Serenity can accommodate a couple or larger group of family or friends. Enjoy the spacious acre lot as well as the breathtaking views overlooking Pages Creek and the ICW as you view the most spectacular sunrises n sunsets. Use the binoculars to watch the plethora of wildlife n an occasional porpoise leisurely swimming by the dock. You can be as active as you want or simply sit back n savor your "ah ha moment" while you totally recharge. Serenity is the perfect private oasis for family n friends to gather!!!!

Driving under the carport, you will feel the tranquility n serenity begin to envelope you. Opening the door into the well appointed living area, you immediately become bathed in the natural light n views from the open floorplan. With ample seating and dining options, enjoy the togetherness while listening to music, playing games or dining.

Backing up to Pages Creek n the ICW, near Figure Eight Island, enjoy the quiet star lite evenings or the birds welcoming the morning while you enjoy your beverage of choice on the multiple decks.
Make family memories while preparing s'mores over the wood burning firepit or simply cuddling on the swing or gliders as you listen to the crackling wood.

At the gazebo, you will find a freshwater fish scaling station, cold-water shower benches, captain chairs, hose to rinse your boat electric outlet n nighttime lights.
We will always strive to provide all amenities listed, but sometimes things are out of our control.

***INSIDE ACCOMMODATIONS:
*KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped w all appliances n cooking utensils to prepare your home-cooked feast. Gather around the kitchen bar/ set up the card table/lift coffee table for indoor dining/puzzles. Child height fold open table, n two wooden chairs (twin bedroom)

*LIVING ROOM:
The spacious open floor plan enables you to enjoy the water view while inside. (Swivel rocking recliners, oversized sleeper sofa. (76 x 80 mattress) swivel chair, bench) There are books, games, high speed WIFI, as well as, Router, USB Chargers, Smart Tv n Sonos speakers. Tv and Sonos surround sound activates when you use the Remote. Light fob to use w recliner light is also available.

*BEDROOMS:
Private bedrooms fit for royalty - Sleeps 7 privately - All bedrooms include a smart TV, fan, hangers, luggage rack/bench, USB chargers, bed linens, white noise machine, room darkening shades n blankets (SEASONAL).
Bedroom 1: Down 3-steps w handrail, En-suite w 42 x 42 shower, Dog door access, Commode area, King bed (72 x 80)
Bedroom 2: Water view queen bed. (60 x 80)

***OUTSIDE AMENITIES and ACTIVITIES:
*BOAT, - DOCK INFORMATION:
At Serenity, you have access to a pier, w/ a long boardwalk lit by solar lights, handrails, and a suspended deck. The deck has a gazebo w bench seating, captain chairs, a freshwater rinse off shower, n a fish scaling station as well as a floating dock, swim ladder n your 22' boat slip. Enjoy the colors of the sunrise n sunset while sitting on the decks or by the wood-burning fire pit. Watch the boats as they travel North and South on the ICW. Watch the tide clock (30 minutes behind Wrightsville Beach) n always use the buddy system as this is a tidal creek with current No lifeguard is on duty. Four adult Life jackets are on the suspended deck.
The dock location allows direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) (photo illustrating boat directions).
The owners will have three boats moored on the four boats floating dock, please do not access or remove items - nonetheless, there is ample room for swimming and water activities including your dock space.
Friends may access their boat but will never impose.
Do not enter the left side of the dock as the oyster beds are protected by CAMA so always wear swim shoes. These oysters cannot be harvested as they help keep the water pristine.
Personal powerboat rental n other water toys are available from Chris and Terri at nearby Entropy Boat Rentals. Location is highlighted on the directional water map n the indoor aerial photo

*DECK, PATIO, AND CARPORT:
The house deck gives you a true outdoor respite where you can fire up a gas grill on the deck. You will find essentials needed under n beside the grills. Enjoy your outdoor dining at the POLYWOOD TABLE with six chairs. While you await your dinner, watch, and listen to the birds as they serenade you w their songs of contentment. If you enjoy their songs of gratitude, please keep the feeders and birdbath full. Bird food is in the white container on the deck. Please tightly reseal the container lid or it will attract rodents. The cooler to fill their birdbath is on the deck. They will flutter with happiness especially in the winter months.
*The carport is located beside the house which allows entrance to the kitchen as well as water view seating, a dart board n a charcoal grill.

*DOGS WELCOME:
For your dog(s), we have an open weave fenced-in yard (20 x 50) with motion lights, dog door access into ensuite as well as bowls. We require the non-refundable dog fee as well as a text copy of current rabies shot and flea and tick preventative documentation. We may consider more than one dog with all requirements above being met. Certain breeds may be restricted. North Carolina leash laws do apply. When outside, please abide by these laws and always keep your dog on a leash. Unless your inquiry states that there is a dog(s), and I have agreed and received the required documents and payment, the contract will be a No Dog(s) Allowed Contract. By the dog door, you will find poop scoops and poop bags are in their toy basket in the laundry room pantry.

*THINGS TO DO:
Enjoy all water-related activities (Photos), swimming (tides), fishing, and crabbing from the dock. You can also bird watch, walk, bicycle n jog, read a book or simply inhale total relaxation.
The outdoor toy container is located beside the carport. .
The grounds offer room to set up the corn hole, badminton set, lawn darts, Kam jam/ play with the assortment of balls that are provided for your enjoyment. Regulation Corn Hole is under the shed. Bags are under the front deck table. Please return these items to their containers prior to your departure.
Dock cart is also in this area as well as other items are under the shed.
The backlot allows ample room to maneuver n park your boat trailer or fly a kite. No tight quarters at Serenity.
We have installed a security camera facing the entrance driveway. It will always be deactivated during our guest's tenure.

***EXTENDED STAYS are welcome during off-season. Additional fees are associated with stays over 28 days.

***NON-SMOKING ONLY: Thank You! There will be an xtra fee if cleaners determine indoor smoking at the property, if you smoke outside, please pick up your discarded cigarettes, dose in water and discard in the outside garbage can.
***Children are Welcome: Ages 0-17
***Events: No events allowed
***Pets: Pets are allowed. More than one fur baby requires an additional sliding fee.
***Even if omitted Cleaner, PDP Ins and Dog Fees are due prior to access.
***PER STAY: We will allocate starter sets of toilet paper and paper towels

Downtown Wilmington Riverfront and the airport (10 miles), USS Battleship (12 miles), and only six nautical miles to Wrightsville Beach bridge and restaurants, 1/2 to 1 nautical mile to Figure Eight Island Bridge, Mason's Inlet (northern tip of Wrightsville Beach - Shell Island Resort), Rich’s Inlet or Lea Island - barrier uninhabited island with cove swimming and Atlantic Beach access (Northern tip of Figure Eight Island)
