Great location. View was spectacular. Always stay at Sunrise when traveling to NSB. Convenient location to resteraunt a grocery store etc. will definitely be staying here again with future travels

LOVE NSB

The property is very nice. Asked for late check out due to infant needing a nap. Charged 100 for an extra two hours. Seems excessive.

Everything in this beach rental worked, and works VERY well. There is a closet full of beach supplies and a great cart to get it all to and fro. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and, unlike so many beat up beach rentals, everything is new and works - the pots and pans don’t have a single scratch on the teflon. The complex itself takes maintenance seriously - the grounds are clean and well looked after as is the pool and the gas grills are so nice. The condo is not only clean but everything in it is brand new. THE VIEW… speaks for itself. Just perfect. A great example of how they’ve thought of everything is that even with this east facing view, the master bedroom has tinting and two sets of blinds so that you can sleep as late as you like, or you can put the (automatic) blinds up and get as much sunrise as you like.Communication between the hosts and us was crystal clear. I understand the previous renters didn’t like the cost of a late checkout but this was all spelled out ahead of time and the check out process couldn’t have been easier. We’d love to come back. This place is a gem!

We stay in this condo (Sunrise) every year. They changed the pool/beach entry and exit access from a code to a fob and only give you 2, which isn't great for a family of 4 (our kids are middle school age). This likely has nothing to do with the host and is a property policy, but it is my only complaint. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.
