Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Said it was a 4 bedroom but was only 3 bedrooms. Was clean and had lots of room. Check in at 3am they told us just to go in they opened the gate then said to come back the next morning to get our parking pass and asked how we got in and we told them what happened and they didn't believe us. That was the only thing that was a little frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the cleanliness and spaciousness of the home. We would like to clarify that the bedroom configuration is accurately described in the listing. Regarding the gate access and parking pass, these procedures are managed directly by the community staff, and we understand how the conflicting information during your late arrival could have been frustrating. We appreciate your comments and are glad this was the only concern during your stay.
