Overall the place was pretty good. Only complaints were that the 2 rooms with the double single beds were squeaky and kinda of uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom garbage bags were non present. You could smell the scent of smoke from cigarettes throughout the place. Otherwise, everything else was fine we didn’t have any issues with the king and queen beds and the living rooms were spacious enough for us. Pool is a great size and the amount of televisions were surprisingly good. Kitchen had everything we needed from the coffee maker to the blender. Bathrooms are good for its size and many towels were present. Coolest part was the pool table to go pooling back to back in the garage!

The home was as described, slight issue but host worked rectify it as soon as I notified them. Location is ideal for theme parks, but not too close so no crazy traffic, also easy to park with clear information on rules

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very adequate and clean. A few recommendations are (1) needs a railing for entry to the pool, (2) a grab bar by the toilet in the small bathroom plus added cabinet space, and (3) a more friendly tv system. It was very difficult to find programs that we were used to watching. Also, more silverware in the kitchen.

Orlando is a fabulous location for having fun whether it is the rides at the theme parks, the fabulous shopping malls, the quiet golf courses or the nature reserves. As a family we love them all and invite you to visit the area working from a tranquil base just a few minutes away from the magic that is Walt Disney World.

Why they chose this property

We have been Floridaholics for 20 years and our dream was to own a home like this. As we can't be there all the time we want to share this with people so that they can experience the magic and wonder that is Orlando. We really love visiting our home form home and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do. If this is your first visit to the area, let us know and we'll give you some tips on the best places to go.

What makes this property unique

Having a holiday villa has significant advantages over staying in a hotel primarily because of the amount of space you can have. You can choose to eat in using the fully equipped kitchen, buy in a pizza or just use it as a place to rest your head at the end of each day. On much needed rest days (between visiting the theme parks) our home is perfect to just chill out around the pool and relax. At the end of the day, you can put the kids to bed and sit out by the pool enjoying a nice glass of wine. The location provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainments and the theme parks as well as nature reserves, mini golf and a petting farm, so there is something for everyone to enjoy.
