STARTER SUPPLIES:
•We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. This includes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 garbage bags, 2 washing machine pods, 2 dishwasher pods and basic kitchen cleaning supplies.
• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - 1.5 Miles)

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash collection occurs daily. Please place trash in the bin outside to keep a clean home. Trash must be placed in a garbage bag. More information provided in the house manual following your booking.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $30 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 90F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature as the spa flows into the pool via a small waterfall.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

PLEASE USE THE RACOON LOCK ON THE TRASH BENCH EVERY TIME TO AVOID RACOONS GETTING INTO THE TRASH. ALL TRASH NEEDS TO BE IN LARGE GARBAGE BAGS - We will charge $100 for loose trash that needs to be collected.
