Your home away from home centrally located along 30a with 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room. After a day at the beach, relax in the new hot tub, gather around the fire pit with string lights on the deck with fenced in yard for privacy and security. Did we mention a 4 minute walk to 2 beach entrances?
Steps from 30A Cafe, Angelina's, Tom Thumb/Cumberland Farm convenience store with many close by dining options and boutiques. We have a list of favorites we share in advance.
Ideal layout for families with kids, couples or a girls/guys trip.
1st floor:
- Relax in the great room with smart TV, gather around the island or grab some board games.
- Bedroom and full bathroom across the hall
2nd floor:
- Get some work done in the office loft with 2 bunk beds
- Enjoy the spacious master with a balcony, bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity and garden tub...and a water closet!
- Another bedroom with a full bathroom, large vanity and walk-in shower.
3rd floor:
- watch the sunset from 3rd story lounge with wet bar and large tv.
- grab a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony
Other highlights:
For those that want kitchen amenities, we have a graciously stocked kitchen with pots & pans, utensils, coffee pots, tea kettle, toaster, blender and air fryer.
Board games & books provided.
Wagon and beach chairs in an outside storage closet.

You'll find me thrifting for great beach finds, saving my next Pinterest project or recipe, walking the beach with our yellow lab, lifting weights, checking out a local restaurant or festival and attempting to learn pickle ball this year!
Why they chose this property
we love the central location of the property - proximity to the beach sealed the deal along with the walkability to restaurants. We love Seaside, Grayton, Alys and Rosemary so being centrally located allows us to hit them all.
What makes this property unique
After a day at the beach, we love relaxing in the hot tub and relaxing around the fire pit with the string lights. The house welcomes everyone to gather for meals or games while giving everyone personal space. Kids love the bunk beds!
