This property was great for a large group and the view of the Mississippi River was amazing. The kitchen has a lots of items for various cooking endeavors and various extra items like garbage bags and paper towels were easy to find. Communication with our host was smooth and thankfully easy. The property was impacted by a severe storm on our last night at the property and we had to talk to our host multiple times that evening and the following morning to work out the issues that resulted. They were friendly, responsive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a beautiful property for our family get together. We had plenty of room & thoroughly enjoyed our stay (especially the hot tub). The downstairs was a bit chilly but there were plenty of blankets. We would definitely go back.

Our group of 9 loved the accommodations at this house. The entire house was so spacious and the view of the river was spectacular. The huge kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked both breakfast and dinner all 3 days we were there. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to store all the stuff we brought. We spent our days hiking and exploring the nearby parks and even got in some great shopping. The hot tub was very clean and totally relaxing. There were plenty of towels for everyone. We would definitely rent this house again. The only things I would suggest is adding some extra small trash cans in the bedrooms and a mirror downstairs. Thanks for everything!!

The view was outstanding! We could watch train traffic and barge traffic! The little ones (and big ones) really enjoyed this and would race to the windows to see the river! The road construction made the trip to the site a little longer than we thought it would be but well worth it! The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for all of us. We will not hesitate to book this site again!

Spacious house, cozy vibes, and an incredible view

This place is truly the whole package if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable place to gather with a group of friends or family. All four bedrooms look out on the Mississippi river, along with the sunny dining room and expansive living room area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook family meals, the rooms thoughtfully furnished, and the heated garage easily fits 3 vehicles. A large porch wraps around the back of house, perfect for star gazing, bird watching, and train spotting.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the home inside and out! The views were fantastic and we enjoyed seeing the different birds and boats on the river. The owners have thought of everything you may need and more! Lots of space to gather and also spread out when needed. We will certainly come back in the future!
