Fabulous property and location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for us - well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and the outside space is amazing! Beautiful pool and spa, large grill, dining table/chairs and lounge chairs. The property manager was very communicative as well and even left a bag of goodies for our dog. Short walk to the beach and easy bike ride to Coligny. We would stay here again!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head, and overall our experience on the island was amazing. The home itself is well located, spacious, pet-friendly, and a good fit for our family—an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to Coligny Plaza. We specifically chose this home and paid a premium for the heated pool and pet-friendly accommodations. In addition to a 300 pet fee, we paid 695 for five nights of pool heating. However, the heater was not turned on at arrival, and we were unable to use the pool upon check-in or for most of the following day. It also frequently shut off, making the pool unusable in the mornings and requiring hours to reset, which forced us to adjust our plans.The property is managed by The Vacation Company. Communication and issue resolution took longer than we expected. We also noticed stained carpets throughout the home, occasional bugs and geckos, and the dishwasher did not work, resulting in hand-washing dishes. But overall, it was a good!
