We had a great stay! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and matched the listing perfectly. It was super dog-friendly, close to downtown Fruita and local bike trails, and the 2-car garage was ideal for bike storage. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Property is very clean, has everything for guests (even games, bikes and outdoor grill). Very convenient location, close to everything you might need. Rooms are spotless, AC works fantastic and check in is a breeze. Would 100% recommend.

Highly recommended! The home is very clean and comfortable and they offer everything you need for a great stay. The yard is very pet friendly. Nice sheets and towels and a lot of little special touches to make it feel welcoming. Kitchen is very well equipped if you like to cook! Top notch! We would stay again for sure!

We highly recommend this property, 10/10! It was super clean, fantastic location and easy check-in. Our dog really enjoyed the yard and the wonderful little park across the street. We'll definitely be back!!

Lots to love about this home - location was easy & conveniently located to get around Fruita & surrounding areas; outdoor space was ideal for the cooler evenings & had a grill (which means I didn’t have to cook); the garage provided easy access to the house & safe bike storage; it is pet-friendly which meant our dogs could enjoy our adventure with us (the fully fenced back yard was ideal).

We went dirt biking out north of town. The garage was great to put our toys in and keep them safe. The house was very clean and comfortable for us and our two small dogs.
