We enjoyed our stay! It was very spacious, clean and perfect for our family. We had 8 adults and an infant, so we were able to accommodate everyone. The host was very good to respond to all my questions.

No communication on day of arrival. Had to request door code twice with a response time of 2 hrs. Called the after hours/emergency line to get a voicemail. No one ever called back. Arrived to the property with a wait time of over an hour to check in(not unit’s fault). As we approached the unit there was a piece of medical equipment and a used alcohol prep pad in the vestibule. The door was filthy. The entire unit was filthy. We were greeted with the smell of feet and sweat. Every wall, every surface, every room was unkept. FILTHY! Dirty dishes in the cabinets, food on the oven mitts and dish drying mat, boogers on the walls and shower curtain and some unknown substance on the laundry basket. The washing machine smells of mold. The toilet water level kept so low they barely flush. The kitchen is not set up to be used. The pans available were that toxic teflon all scratched off. No cookie sheet. The knives were a joke. Carpet is NASTY! The sheets are dingy and pilled and worn out. The pillows were also the same. The air unit isn’t strong enough for the size barely below 80 although the thermostat said 72. When I messaged the host about the state of the unit, they sent out a man who spoke no English, entered without notice with his family and a dirty rag. My young children and MIL were terrified. This is unacceptable! We should not have to worry about people entering the unit uninvited and unannounced. EVERYTHING is as cheep as possible. Choose another property.
