We had a wonderful Stay at this house. The neighborhood was nice and friendly and check in was easy with a code. The house is newly remolded and has a nice appeal. We hosted our annual family Christmas dinner and everyone loved the house. The pictures do not give this place justice! Adam was quick to reply when we couldn't get in the front door and allowed us to enter the property a few minutes before check in time. We cannot wait to book again!

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Charlotte! From the moment we walked in, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was super convenient—close to great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing after a day out.The host was responsive and helpful throughout, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals, and this one definitely stands out.We’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Charlotte. Highly recommend!

Great home in Charlotte

Beautiful home in a charming neighborhood. It was exactly as pictures online. Very nice updates. Close to our venue and restaurants as well. The only things we wanted/needed were coffee mugs and a set of blinds in upstairs bedroom. Otherwise, wonderful. Our host was super and very prompt in responding to questions. Would highly recommend this home for a great stay in the Queen City.

Very nice renovated home in a nice, safe, family-friendly neighborhood in an excellent location in south Charlotte.Positives:- Home exactly as described in listing- Very easy check-in process- Superb communication from homeowner- Plenty of space on driveway for parking multiple cars- K-cup coffee machine with extra k-cups provided- Pet-friendly. Neighborhood was great for walking a dog, and there is access to a nature trail walk just steps from the home.Negatives:- Outside trash collection bin was overflowing upon arrival. Some trash had been thrown into recycling bins.- Staying here around Thanksgiving, the entire home and front/backyards were covered in leaves. No one would expect a perfectly manicured lawn at this time of the year with this many mature trees, however, it was clear that no effort had been made at any cleanup. Multiple layers of wet leaves on every surface made the large fenced-in backyard and back deck essentially unusable during our stay.- Water pressure in showers was poorOverall would recommend, especially for the excellent location.
