This home has all new floors, paint, water heater, appliances, and has a great coffee station with a Keurig, a 12-cup coffee pot, and a tea kettle. It has all the amenities you could ask for, is centrally located, and is 4 min (1.9 miles) from Sullivan Beach on Houghton Lake. The split floor plan and master en suite makes this home even more desirable. It has the "up north" feel the minute you arrive. Located in Deer Run Estates. More updates to come! This home is NOT waterfront, and is located in a neighborhood.
