February escape

Wonderful property, very privat and quiet yet easily accessible to all attractions, restaurants etc. I’ve been using vrbo domestically and abroad for over 20 years and this property is right near the top.

Amazing…. Some issues

Tremendous views, terrific privacy, generally quiet (except flight path into PSP overhead which didn’t bother us but might someone), great hiking essentially outside the door, wonderful neighborhood security. We had minimal hot water for the first month which the owner had plumbers dealing with. Electrical problems which took a week to resolve and recover a full circuit not powered. Great house for entertaining but limited to 10 people maximum per HOA rules. Dogs have definitely lived in the house and the carpets look and smell like it-which again may not bother some. Wonderful spaces in the house and the outdoor pool area is peaceful and beautiful. The pool is currently not salt water and has some issues which I understand the owners are planning to correct.

Sadly, this review is not accurate. 1) The home always had hot water. Only master shower faucet was not functioning properly. Faucet needed a part and was ordered and installed within days. To say minimal hot water for a month is false. Additionally, this person also decided to alter settings on tankless water heater as she read online that water needs to be 130 degrees which most manufacturers do not recommend. 2) Carpets and furniture are steam cleaned before and after each long term rental. Again, to say pet remanence was there is not accurate. 3) Our pool is not a “salt water” pool nor has it ever been. We have a salt generator which makes chlorine. Not sure where the understanding of a salt water pool came from, but again not accurate. Lastly, this renter was upset as we did not allow her to have a party at the home during her stay although she rented the home knowing parties are not allowed. We believe this is the reason for the inaccurate review.

Ultra Luxurious Hill Top Charmer

This home far exceeded any expectations we had. The listing description of this home and the photo's can't completely capture the true beauty and endless luxurious amenities in this spacious home. The professional kitchen was used often and had everything you needed and more. This home is at the end of a cul-de-sac and its location provides for a very private, quiet and secluded destination. Very tranquil inside and out. Located near many great restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to a return visit and absolutely recommend this property to a friend or relatives.
