Good place close to the beach but it does need some maintenance tasks. Will stay again if those items are corrected.

Great place, great location. Nice little convenience store nearby, some good restaurants, steps to the beach. Clean, comfortable and quiet. It DOES have essential kitchen things but wish it had a few more (bowls, pans, spatula, etc...). Over all, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

Terrific location; Great property

Very nicely done duplex. Beds were VERY comfortable. Bathrooms were SO nice. Loved the elevated amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Very nice towels as well.

Mini vaca steps from the beach.

My partner and I and another couple came into town for the Point Break festival and had an amazing stay at this property. It’s steps from the beach access and walking distance to some restaurants. The place was exactly as described in the listing with comfortable beds, very nice bathrooms with amazing shower pressure and an overall cute aesthetic. Would definitely stay again.

Everything about this property was top quality, from the renovation and style to the linens and toiletries provided. It was just steps to the beach too. Unfortunately, we had major rain but enjoyed being in such a nice place. My only disappointment was that when we arrived a little early and it was obviously empty, we weren’t allowed to enter a little bit early after inquiring. In my experience, that’s not usually the case, especially in a high end property. We had just come from a pet ER and were anxious to get settled, but were told we could not enter early.

The home was exactly as pictured. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. Tons of sunlight and high ceilings making it feel open and airy. The check in was very easy , WiFi available and worked well. Washer and dryer came in handy. Backyard was fine, not a closed fence but that was okay. Beds were cozy, loved the double shower head in the en-suite. The host was very accommodating and responded to any of my concerns very quickly. It was a very peaceful vacation for us. The home is only a few steps away from the beach (which was my favorite part!). The neighbors were all friendly and quiet and roads weren’t busy. I loved the sandy roads and the whole beach vibe. The beach allows dogs from I believe 6am-10am. Beach was clean and quiet, like barely anyone there before 11am and the water was perfect. Lots of dogs on the beach all well behaved (as a dog’s biggest fan I loved seeing the pets run and play In the sand). Close to convenience stores, bars and restaurantsMy family gives it a 10/10 would recommend.
