Beautiful and tastefully decorated condo in Nvo Vallarta. We have access to the facilities of one of the top 10 best hotels in Mexico, Vidanta - the Grand Mayan.
You get all the Resort amenities at a fraction of the cost such as pools, gym, kid`s area, waving pool, restaurants, golf course, tennis court and beach
You always have the choice of enjoying the privacy of our buildings astonishing pool. We have a special golf fees in one of the finest courses in golf. NoteWe are 20min from the beach.
- NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted, please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours
- Groups of young people are not accepted. It is a family oriented place, It`s not a party place. :)
- Reservations for young people under 25 years old are not accepted.
- Do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash or not. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel.
- No use of any glass in the pool area and gardens in Seibal. Fines of around $10,000 MNX
-Do not use any towel or face cloth to remove: makeup, blood, dirt, etc.
