This was our third stay at the Cashiers cabin. Our hosts are amazing! We got to see the transition into fall during our stay. It’s a lovely cabin with great amenities!

My wife and I spent a month at this property with our newborn while visiting family. This property was exceptionally well cared for, clean, organized and well appointed. We specifically enjoyed exploring the trail network behind the cabin and dinners on the expansive deck. The host provided clear instructions and periodically checked in during our stay. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful cabin in a private and serene location! We spent a week here soaking in the fabulous weather and fall colors. We have stayed in lots of vacation rentals and I don't think I've ever seen one that is as well equipped. The outdoor spaces are beautiful but it was cool enough that we didn't really take full advantage of them (although we could have fired up the outdoor heater but we never got around to it.) The cabin is remote but it is down a relatively smooth gravel road that we had no problem with. The driveway is a little steep and bumpy but easily navigated in our SUV . Be sure to download or screenshot the door code and directions because we had no phone signal at the house. WiFi was great once we got in and connected though. The owner was great with communication and checked in on us several times. Highly recommend!

The host was very welcoming and even left a gift for us when we arrived. The cabin looked as beautiful as it was in the pictures and we really enjoyed our stay. We came during an especially cold time. So the host was kind enough to stock up on logs for the fireplace.

Fantastic

Loved the remote location. The aesthetics were fantastic as well. It’s clear someone put their heart and soul into it. Very clean property with plenty of sleeping spots. The driveway is a bit sketchy but I was able to get up it in a rwd Infiniti G35.

Everything was great! This is a beautiful home in a tranquil area. We enjoyed so much about this house: fully equipped kitchen with large table, covered rocking chair deck, fire pit, wildlife watching off the second floor porch, family friendly games and puzzles, dvd movie collection. The natural lighting and cozy furnishings added to our relaxing stay. The only thing that caught us a bit by surprise was the 15 minute drive down a gravel road to get there and the very steep gravel driveway. We recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle. This long gravel road was a bonus though, as the dog (and dad) enjoyed his early morning walks. The homeowners were exceptional hosts as well. They made sure we had everything we needed and made excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.

This property is a gem! Carolyn and Brent are amazing hosts! We have now stayed with them two years in a row for our family summer vacations. They have improved the cabin from our last stay by adding a gorgeous downstairs patio addition and a hot tub. The location is secluded and you get the beauty of living in the forest, but with all the comforts and more that you could ask for. We will be staying with them again as this is becoming a family annual tradition for us!
